Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Rehabilitation Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: RN License Certifications: None Must-Have Skills/Experience: - Experience in Med Surge/Rehabilitation - Ability to work with adult populations Description: This is a state-of-the-art, 60-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital dedicated to the treatment and recovery of individuals who have experienced severe injuries or illnesses. The unit provides specialized care for a variety of diagnoses, including stroke and heart failure. Patient-to-nurse ratios are 1:6, ensuring attentive and focused care. The facility utilizes electronic health records for efficient management and documentation. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and a caring attitude towards patients. Flexibility and teamwork are crucial in this environment to support patient recovery effectively. This position does not have call requirements, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule.
