IPC is seeking a highly motivated Supply Chain Excellence Analyst to be responsible for supporting the Supply Chain Center of Excellence (COE) by monitoring supplier and distributor performance, analyzing trends, coordinating issue resolution, and supporting consistent execution of supply chain processes. Supports member/franchisee alignment through consistent supply chain execution. Working across the supply chain and with external business partners, this role promotes operational effectiveness, accountability, standardization, and continuous improvement. This analyst uses data and business information to identify performance gaps, monitor key performance indicators, support root-cause analysis, and provide reporting that enables data-driven decisions. This entry-level role is suited for an analytical, detail-oriented, and collaborative early-career professional interested in developing broad supply chain expertise. Supplier & Distributor Performance: Monitor performance, identify trends and exceptions, and track issues through timely resolution. Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze operational data and prepare reports and summaries that provide visibility to supplier and distributor performance and key metrics. Leverage AI-enabled analytics and exception-management tools to identify performance patterns and support decision making. Issue Resolution: Investigate operational issues, coordinate follow-up, and ensure open items are documented, tracked, and resolved. Root-Cause Analysis: Identify recurring issues, evaluate contributing factors, and recommend solutions to improve execution and prevent recurrence. Performance Management: Monitor established supplier and distributor KPIs and service expectations and elevate performance gaps as appropriate. Process Governance: Support adherence to established supply chain processes, procedures, controls, and reporting standards. Standardization: Support the development and maintenance of standardized processes, procedures, tools, templates, and COE resources Business Partner Relationships: Build collaborative relationships with supplier and distributor partners to support accountability and issue resolution. Stakeholder Coordination & Communication: Serve as liaison between the COE and supply chain teams, suppliers, and distributors; communicate findings, escalations, and improvement recommendations; facilitate issue resolution and alignment on process changes. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen controls, increase efficiency, and enhance operational effectiveness. COE Initiatives: Support COE initiatives related to governance, standardization, operational effectiveness, performance management, and continuous improvement. Cross-Supply Chain Collaboration: Work collaboratively across the supply chain to support shared objectives and consistent execution of COE priorities to build operational knowledge and career readiness. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Data literacy including strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail, including root cause analysis; asks clarifying questions; recommends actionable solutions. Leverage AI-enabled tools to identify performance patterns and support decision making. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with supplier, distributor, and internal business partners. Effective written and verbal communication through email, phone, and virtual or in-person meetings. Ability to navigate challenging conversations, drive follow-up, and promote accountability while maintaining positive relationships. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, reporting tools, and AI-enabled productivity tools. Ability to quickly learn business processes, is a self-starter, systems, and technologies and adapt to changing priorities. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, analytics, industrial engineering, operations management, or a related field. 0–2 years of related experience; internships, co-ops, academic projects, or relevant coursework may be considered. Foundational knowledge of supply chain operations, business processes, data analysis, or performance reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, reporting tools, and AI-enabled productivity tools. Foodservice, distribution, or related supply chain experience is a plus but not required Leadership Responsibility No Travel Overnight domestic and international (Canada) may be required for company conventions, supplier meetings, meetings with Subway® management team, or others.
