Fully Promoted Fairfield NJ is looking for a Sales Representative to build our client base from the ground up — real relationships with real local businesses, not cold numbers on a spreadsheet.

This is a hybrid role : you'll be out in the field prospecting , but you'll also own the full deal — coordinating quotes and working with our supplier network to get every order across the finish line. As we grow, your role sharpens toward what you do best: closing . And the sales rep who masters this business has a real shot at running it — in 2-3 years, as we scale, this could become a leadership role overseeing the full operation.

What You'll Do

• Visit businesses throughout Fairfield and the surrounding area — offices, retail, restaurants, industrial parks
• Introduce Fully Promoted and our apparel, promotional products, and branding solutions
• Build real relationships with owners and decision-makers
• Manage the full sales cycle — prospecting, quoting, and closing
• Keep an organized, active pipeline in our CRM
• Re-canvas your territory on a regular rotation
• Grow existing accounts through repeat business and referrals
• Complete Fully Promoted's sales training

What We're Looking For

• 1-5 years in territory sales, B2B sales, direct marketing, or a high-contact people-facing role
• Food & beverage, hospitality, or service industry background? Strong plus
• Comfortable talking to business owners and decision-makers daily
• Self-motivated — you manage your territory and your time without needing to be told what's next
• No degree required — we hire on track record and attitude
