Staff Engineer - Wastewater Treatment

About the Role Join our wastewater infrastructure team to support the planning, design, and construction of a variety of wastewater treatment projects. This position involves designing and delivering innovative solutions for wastewater treatment and conveyance projects, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams and partnering with experienced project managers to strengthen client relationships and ensure successful project outcomes. Responsibilities Design and deliver innovative solutions for wastewater treatment and conveyance projects. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams of engineers, designers, and technical professionals. Partner with experienced project managers to strengthen client relationships and ensure successful project outcomes. Essential Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline. Hands‑on experience in design and construction of municipal, state, federal, or industrial wastewater treatment projects. Strong understanding of wastewater treatment systems, equipment, and applicable regulations. Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of experience in designing or managing wastewater treatment or conveyance projects. Familiarity with regional wastewater issues and municipal government clients. Experience with multi-discipline infrastructure projects. Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver high‑quality results. Location Opportunity open to candidates residing in Fort Wayne, IN. Compensation Base compensation is expected to be in the range of $110,000 to $125,000, based on skill set and experience.
