Litigation Attorney

Location: Beverly Hills, CA Schedule: Full Time On Site Salary: $180,000 to $200,000 (Negotiable) Origination bonus available Performance bonuses available Flexible compensation structure About The Opportunity Our client is a boutique litigation firm representing businesses, entrepreneurs, and high net worth individuals in complex, high-stakes disputes. The firm focuses primarily on business and entertainment litigation and is known for providing strategic legal representation on sophisticated matters. This is an opportunity for an experienced litigator to handle meaningful cases, work directly with firm leadership, build client relationships, and take ownership of matters from inception through resolution. Responsibilities Independently manage a diverse litigation caseload from inception through resolution Draft and argue motions, pleadings, briefs, and other legal documents Handle litigation matters in California state and federal courts Manage all phases of discovery, including taking and defending depositions Prepare clients, witnesses, and experts for litigation proceedings Provide strategic legal counsel and communicate directly with clients Negotiate settlements and represent clients in mediation, arbitration, and court proceedings Handle crisis management matters requiring timely legal analysis and response Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on complex business and entertainment disputes Assist with client development and relationship building Mentor junior attorneys as the firm continues to grow Qualifications Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school Active member of the California State Bar in good standing Minimum 5 years of litigation experience at a law firm Experience with motion practice, depositions, and trial or arbitration proceedings Strong knowledge of California civil procedure and state and federal court practice Experience in at least one core practice area including business litigation, entertainment litigation, commercial litigation, employment litigation, real estate litigation, intellectual property litigation, or other complex civil litigation Excellent legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills Strong analytical skills and ability to develop effective legal strategies Ability to independently manage cases while working collaboratively with attorneys and firm leadership Ideal Candidate Experienced litigator with business or entertainment litigation experience preferred Minimum 5 years of experience in at least one area of law practiced by the firm Self-directed attorney who thrives in a fast-paced environment Benefits Health benefits available Origination bonus Performance bonuses Flexible compensation structure Opportunity to work on complex, high-value litigation matters Collaborative work environment Long-term career growth opportunity #J-18808-Ljbffr Crawford Thomas Recruiting
