Our mission is to uphold the family's vision of being a leader in golf entertainment, delivering exceptional guest experiences through the dedication of our outstanding team members.Our facility includes:A Top 50 Rated Golf Range in the U.S., featuring 56 heated golf suites with Top Tracer technology for year-round, day and night use, offering full food and beverage service directly to the golf suites.A lit 9-hole, par-3 golf course available for daytime and nighttime play.#1 rated miniature golf courses in Wisconsin (one indoor and two outdoor).Babes at Vitense restaurant and bar.Caddysnacks, offering a full lunch/dinner menu and treats in a grab-and-go style.Odie's Beer Garden.The Vitense Golf Academy provides lessons for all ages from PGA Professionals.And much more!Key Responsibilities:Prepare and cook a variety of high-quality meals, including burgers, salads, pastas, appetizers, and more.Ensure consistency by following standardized recipes and portion sizes.Work with servers and runners to ensure timely and accurate food preparation.Stay alert for incoming orders from QR codes, kiosks, and servers all across the facility.Assist with plating and garnishing dishes before they are served.Keep workstations clean, organized, and stocked.Maintain food safety and sanitation standards, following health regulations.Wash and clean kitchen tools, equipment, utensils.Maintain a positive and team-oriented attitude with coworkers and guests.Become familiar with all menu items and new offerings.Continuously improve cooking skills and kitchen efficiency.Qualifications & Skills:Cooking experience in a restaurant or similar environment.Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy setting.Attention to detail, speed, and accuracy when preparing orders.Ability to read and follow orders accurately.A team-player mindset with a passion for great food and service.Ability to speak Spanish is a plus, but not a necessity.Why Join the Vitense Golfland Team?Competitive Pay: $16/hr starting wage.Employee Discounts: 40% off food—on and off the clock!FREE access to Vitense Golfland activities.25% off retail purchases.Fun Work Environment with a supportive team and great guests.Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance for full-time, year-round team members.Bonus for referring a friend!
