Return Dock Specialist

Pay Range: $18.30 - $22.77 hourly Schedule: 12:00pm-8:30pm, Thursday-Monday Job Description: Your Piece of the Puzzle Do you pay attention to detail and like to find alternative solutions to problems in your work area? As NFM's Return Dock Specialist you're focused on processing the returned customer product purchases and properly coding all uncrated products and ensuring processes are being followed. Job Duties: A Day in the Life Collaborate: Verify all return orders during check-in Inspect: Examine product for defects Accuracy: Process paperwork, tag products and assign status coding for returns Play Your Part: Wrap merchandise and properly note any arising problems on order Safety: Move the product to where it needs to go safely Your work will directly impact our ability to help people create a lifestyle they love, for the people they love - because that's what we love.
