Encore Talent Solutions is seeking a Microsoft Access/VBA Database Developer for a remote position in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining complex MS Access databases, optimizing VBA code, and analyzing and refactoring legacy applications. The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of experience in MS Access development with strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
