• Provide outpatient and inpatient pediatric endocrinology coverage during assigned weekly block
  
• Conduct new patient evaluations (1‑hour appointments) and follow‑up visits (30 minutes)
  
• Manage pediatric diabetic patients with dedicated appointment times
  
• Provide 24‑hour beeper call coverage, including minimal weekend rounding as needed
  
• Collaborate with clinic staff and one PA/NP to ensure continuity of care
