What You'll Do:

• Provide emergency nursing care to diverse patient populations in a high-volume ER setting
• Perform triage, assess patient conditions, and interpret dysrhythmias
• Administer emergency medications and procedural sedation
• Manage ventilated patients, trauma cases, psych holds, and pediatric emergencies
• Document patient care accurately using EPIC
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Support all aspects of emergency care practice within a Level I Trauma Center

What You Need:

• Ohio RN license (active)
• Minimum 2 years ER nursing experience
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, CPI
• Comfort with triage, trauma, emergency procedures, and pediatrics
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills

About the Assignment:

This assignment takes place in a renowned trauma center recognized for stroke and STEMI care. The RN will be responsible for delivering comprehensive emergency care, including procedures, documentation, and patient management. Typical patient ratios are approximately 1:3.5, with EPIC documentation requirements andPyxis medication management. Supportive accommodations include Navy scrubs and various parking options, including a convenient medical center garage access.
