Sullivan & Barros, LLP is looking for a highly organized, dependable operations professional to keep the firm's day-to-day administrative and matter-tracking functions running smoothly and to work directly alongside the Practice Manager/COO.

This is a long-term platform role for someone who wants steady, growing responsibility working closely with firm leadership, not a stepping-stone position.

The Legal Operations Coordinator supports the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the firm and provides direct support to the Practice Manager/COO, including mail handling, meeting and calendar coordination, matter tracking, billing and A/R follow-up, and internal reporting.

This is a non-attorney administrative/operations position with no business-development expectations.

Key responsibilities include managing incoming mail, coordinating client, attorney, staff, and internal team meetings, maintaining the firm's active-matter tracking system, preparing periodic team progress and active-matter reports, assisting with monthly pre-bill and invoice review, working with the firm's bookkeeper and Practice Manager/COO on accounts receivable, assisting with client account and matter administrative maintenance, and coordinating routine vendor, supply, filing, records, and office administrative matters.
