Responsibilities Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate policy information. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers as needed. Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively. Previous customer service experience preferred but not required. Arizona Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred. Life and Health insurance licenses preferred.
