A leading international law firm is looking to appoint a mid-level Associate to join its highly regarded Intellectual Property Litigation team in Austin.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a 3–5 PQE attorney looking to work on sophisticated, high-profile IP disputes within a collaborative and genuinely high-performing team environment.

The practice advises an impressive client base spanning technology, life sciences and innovative growth sectors, with the team regularly handling complex patent, trade secret and broader commercial IP litigation matters across US jurisdictions.

The successful candidate will ideally:

• Have between 3–5 years’ post-qualification experience within IP Litigation
• Have strong experience handling patent litigation matters
• Be comfortable managing substantive responsibilities on complex matters
• Have excellent drafting, research and case management skills
• Enjoy working as part of a collaborative national team

The role will involve significant client exposure and the opportunity to work closely with experienced partners on high-value, cutting-edge disputes. Candidates with technical backgrounds will be viewed favourably, although this is not essential depending on overall experience.
