The Nursing Staff Scheduler is responsible for scheduling staffing including RN and LPN nurses as well as CNAs for multiple busy nursing units for a 24 hour skilled nursing facility. The Nursing Staff Scheduler is responsible for maintaining relationships with nursing staff to promote an optimal working environment and contribute to staff retention. The ideal candidate for this position will be able to prioritize multiple tasks while remaining organized. The Nursing Staff Scheduler will be responsible for providing up to date attendance detail for employees, maintaining a master schedule, forwarding open position information to the HR Coordinator for recruitment purposes, maintaining an accurate daily schedule with all edits and updates entered, and strictly managing overtime and bonus costs.
