Client acquisition, matching, scheduling, billing, admin — it’s all covered so you can do what you do best.If you’re a Licensed Psychologist (PsyD or PhD) with an active California license, this is your opportunity to serve a curated clientele of driven professionals while building a flexible, autonomous practice on your terms.## Key Responsibilities* Deliver exceptional virtual therapy sessions tailored to each client’s goals, including standard, extended, and intensive formats* Complete EHR documentation within 48 hours* Maintain current schedule availability and licensure status* Collaborate with the CEREVITY care team as needed## Qualifications* Active, unrestricted PsyD or PhD license from the California Board of Psychology* Minimum 1 year post-licensure experience* Availability for 5–20 sessions per week* Comfortable with EHR systems, video platforms, and digital tools* Preferred: Experience with high-achievers navigating anxiety, burnout, imposter syndrome, career transitions, or relationship dynamics## What We Offer* **Competitive Pay:** $90 per clinical session (50 min), prorated for extended formats — $162 for 90-min sessions, $324 for 3-hour intensives.
