Job Description The Generalist Operator plays a vital role in our manufacturing process, working with machinery, raw materials, and teammates to produce high-quality fiber cement building products. Ideal candidates are self-driven, eager to learn, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Important: You must be available to work a rotating swing shift schedule (12-hour shifts alternating between days and nights).
