Grill Cook

Parkhurst Dining at Franklin College is looking for experienced Grill Cooks to join our team! In this fast-paced role, you'll prepare made-to-order meals, deliver exceptional service to students and guests, and help create a great dining experience every day. We offer both AM (6:00 AM-2:00 PM, Monday-Friday) and PM (12:30 PM-8:30 PM, Monday-Friday, plus every other weekend from 10:00 AM-7:30 PM) schedule opportunities. As a grill cook, you'll be part of our enduring legacy and exciting growth. Here's what you can expect:

• Prepare all grill items to order according to the daily menu.
• Set up, break down and clean the grill station.
• Prepare service line for operation as instructed by Executive Chef and/or Management. The line is to be garnished properly at all times.
• Check quality of food items, making sure they meet standards of taste, appearance and correct temperature. Report any substandard quality to the Executive Chef and/or Management.
• Interact with our guests in a friendly, professional manner. Use Smile Plus Hospitality Imperatives.
