Schedule: Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week
Shift: Evenings | 1:45 PM – 10:15 PM

Job Description

NEXTAFF is looking for dependable, compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for evening-shift opportunities at a long-term care facility in Viroqua, Wisconsin.

We’re looking for CNAs who take pride in their work, show up for their team, and genuinely care about the people they support.

What You’ll Do

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Provide compassionate, hands-on care while maintaining resident dignity and comfort.
• Monitor and report changes in resident conditions to nursing staff.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Work alongside nurses and other caregivers to provide quality resident care.

What We’re Looking For

• Active Wisconsin CNA certification.
• Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable attendance and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work the scheduled evening shift.

Compensation & Schedule

• Hourly Pay: $21.75
• Estimated Weekly Gross Pay: $870 based on 40 hours
• Shift: 1:45 PM – 10:15 PM
• Hours: 40 per week
• Location: Viroqua, Wisconsin
• Setting: Long-Term Care
