Lathe CNC Programming SpecialistJoin our team as a Lathe CNC Programming Specialist in New Baltimore, MI.Key Responsibilities:Create programs using Mastercam softwareOperate CNC lathe machines with live tooling and set up for machining partsEnsure all machined parts meet customer specificationsVerify machine settings and part measurementsInspect and measure machined parts to ensure they meet blueprint specificationsAdjust machine settings to maintain tolerancesDocument production and quality actionsKeep work area clean and organizedFollow company processes, procedures, and safety guidelinesPerform other assigned dutiesRequirements:Minimum of 10 years of experience in CNC lathe programming, set-up, and operationProficiency in Mastercam programmingUse of measuring instruments such as gauges, micrometers, and calipersAbility to read and interpret blueprintsUnderstanding of CNC programming for part verificationCapable of multitasking in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
