Local Rates Pay Rate: **$ 37.50/hour** Travel Package: Total Travel Comp = $805.00(Lodging - $511.00, M&I - $294.00) $18.02 p/h X 36 Hrs. = $648.72 Total Comps = $1,453.72 Shift Details: + 12 Hour Shifts LPN Duties + Provide direct patient care under the supervision of physicians and registered nurses. + Assess patients, monitor and record vital signs, and report changes in condition. + Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. + Assist with wound care, dressings, and other nursing procedures. + Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR). + Collaborate with the healthcare team to implement individualized patient care plans. + Educate patients and families on medications, treatments, and post-care instructions. + Follow infection control, safety, and emergency response protocols. + Comply with facility policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards. + Maintain all required certifications, training, and employment-related documentation. LPN Qualifications + Licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse by the State KY.
