This role emphasizes functional assessment, staff competency, fidelity, and quality‑of‑life outcomes . Key Responsibilities Clinical & Behavioral Services Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) Design and oversee Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSPs) Develop Behavior Modifying Medication Treatment Plans (BMMTPs) Analyze behavioral data using applied behavior analysis (ABA) methods Training & Supervision Train and coach Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) Provide modeling, feedback, and skill‑building instruction Provide PBS and clinical trainings as needed Train staff on Proactive Approaches to Behavior (PABC) techniques Crisis Support Respond to clinical emergencies during scheduled hours Participate in a rotating on‑call schedule Increase clinical support during crises and implement fade‑out plans Maintain knowledge of crisis prevention (PABC) and physical intervention techniques Collaboration & Communication Work closely with Operations and Clinical team Communicate with families, guardians, and caregivers Coordinate with Massachusetts DDS staff Participate in ISP, PBS Teams Present Behavior Plans to the Human Rights Committee (HRC) and Peer Review Committees as required Monitoring & Compliance Oversee data collection and fidelity checks Conduct monthly and quarterly site visits Ensure compliance with WCI policies, DDS regulations, and federal requirements Meet all ISP timelines and documentation deadlines Follow BACB Ethics Code and ABAI standards Qualifications Required BCBA or BCaBA certification (or actively pursuing certification) Strong knowledge of ABA and PBS Experience supporting individuals with Autism and developmental disabilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently with strong time‑management skills Willingness to participate in a rotating on‑call schedule Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel/Office skills (including graphing) Preferred Knowledge of Massachusetts DDS regulations Experience with residential or adult services Who This Role Is For This position is ideal for a BCBA who: Values ethical, assent-based, PBS‑aligned practice Wants to support adults in real‑life settings Enjoys training and mentoring staff Believes behavior support should improve overall quality of life #J-18808-Ljbffr Wci
