Pharmacy Manager

$166,400 Salary + $35,000 Sign-On Bonus + Fully Paid Health, Dental & Vision + Employee Ownership Lufkin Pharmacy & Co. is looking for an experienced Pharmacist-in-Charge to join our team! We are an independently operated pharmacy and part of Ark Pharmacies, an employee-owned company focused on exceptional patient care, compassionate service, and investing in our employees. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily pharmacy operations and staffing for a team including 2 staff pharmacists, multiple pharmacy technicians, cashiers & a delivery driver Ensure compliance with all applicable Texas, state, and federal pharmacy regulations, including HIPAA Oversee and participate in quality improvement and patient-care initiatives. Assist with customer concerns and resolve issues professionally Promote a positive, team-oriented pharmacy environment Qualifications: Has 2+ years of retail pharmacy experience Holds an active Texas pharmacist license in good standing Demonstrated management and leadership skills, including responsibility as PIC Takes pride in accuracy, patient care, and teamwork Familiarity with PioneerRx (preferred) Relocation assistance Company-funded ESOP — become an employee-owner 100% company-paid health/dental/vision insurance Paid time off Optional life & disability insurance Schedule & Location: Store Location: Lufkin, TX Store Hours: Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM–1:00 PM All full-time employees are expected to work approximately 40 hours per week with rotating weekends.
