Nursing Evening Supervisor

Park Ave Healthcare in Arlington, MA is seeking a compassionate and dedicated RN or LPN to hire for the role of Evening 3P-11P Nursing Supervisor. Duties Oversee and coordinate nursing staff and patient care in a healthcare setting Develop and implement nursing care plans and ensure adherence to quality standards Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary Assist with admission and discharge planning and ensure smooth transitions for patients This position may require the employee to perform other duties as assigned.
