Quality Manager – Mansfield, TX Compensation : $80,000 – $100,000 per year. Employment type : Permanent, full-time, On‑site. Responsibilities Maintain and improve the quality management system in an ISO 9001 environment Drive root‑cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives Partner with leadership to improve processes and increase efficiency Oversee receiving inspection and quality processes across the supply chain Analyze trends and initiate quality alerts as needed Lead field return testing and failure analysis Work cross‑functionally with engineering, operations, and customer teams Stay hands‑on with testing, tools, and product evaluation Maintain a strong presence on the production floor and support day‑to‑day operations Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Math, or a related field 5+ years of experience in a quality‑leadership role Experience in a hands‑on manufacturing environment Strong background in root‑cause analysis and quality tools Electronics experience preferred Comfortable writing procedures and technical documentation Solid understanding of data analysis and reporting Ability to work across teams and communicate effectively Experience with Lean or continuous improvement (plus) Spanish language skills are a plus ~10% travel Equal Opportunity Employer We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and provide an inclusive work environment that celebrates diversity.
