Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state of Illinois
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric OT setting preferred

• Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Proficient in documentation and adherence to federal, state, and local guidelines

Responsibilities:

• Conduct occupational therapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to optimize student progress
• Provide direct intervention in both group and one-on-one settings
• Assist in developing strategies for classroom modifications and adaptations
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of student progress and services
• Participate in IEP meetings, team discussions, and professional development
• Foster an environment that encourages student growth, self-advocacy, and participation in daily activities
