Part-Time Instructor | Applied Engineering Technology

Primary Purpose Of Position The Department of Applied Engineering Technology is accepting applications for Part‑Time Instructors for fall 2025 or spring 2026. Part‑time instructors are hired on a semester‑by‑semester basis to teach courses in Applied Engineering Technology, Automotive Engineering Technology, Computer Graphics Technology, and Technology Management. The maximum teaching load is four courses per semester. Responsibilities Teach in or online courses. Participate in teaching training. Collect and assess data on student learning. Attend department faculty and staff meetings. Submit teaching materials for semester review. Perform additional duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements Master’s degree in a related engineering or technology field at the time of application. Preferred Qualifications Minimum of one year teaching experience at the university or community college level. Related industrial experience. Remote / Hybrid Work This position may be eligible for a remote or hybrid work arrangement, consistent with university and state policies.
