Engineer III Core HR Technology

Edward Jones seeks an Engineer III, Core HR Technology to design, enhance, and support our Core HR platforms that power people and talent processes across the firm. In this role, you will lead technical design, configuration, integrations, and data flows between HR systems and enterprise applications, ensuring security, data quality, and regulatory compliance. You will partner closely with HR, Security, and Technology teams to deliver scalable solutions, automate workflows, and resolve complex production issues, contributing to a client-first, collaborative culture and enabling the firm’s growth and talent strategies.
