Outpatient Physical TherapistThis is a 13-week contract position.Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PMThe Outpatient Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating assigned patients, developing and modifying treatment plans in accordance with their needs and goals, and delivering specialized therapy services.
