POSITION HIGHLIGHTS

• Office hours are 8AM to 5PM Monday-Friday
• Avg. census = 20-25 patients per day
• 7 hours is the maximum they schedule patients, leaving an extra hour to catch up if need be
• EMR is implemented

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have CA license
• B/E or B/C
• Clean databank
• No significant malpractice history

New graduates are welcome to apply. Interested candidates must be willing to sign a contract for a minimum of three years for the tail coverage to be paid by employer.

Our client is a well-established pediatric group who is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Pediatrician to join the practice on a full-time basis.

Practice has been established since 1999 and is staffed with 3 Pediatricians, 2 NP s and serves two office locations. They are located in the heart of the high desert region at the northern border of Los Angeles County, just 65 miles from downtown Los Angeles physician can live in Valencia, just a short 30 minute commute. Families are finding this community to be their ideal home with its warm climate, clear skies, affordable housing, freedom from traffic jams, good schools and many recreational opportunities for everyone in the family.

Not a high census of hospital patients. Position includes 6 calls per month, round on newborns, and round on pediatric patients, which averages 1-2 newborn per day. Very rarely is admission required.
