In this role, the engineer independently performs conventional technical tasks, exercises judgment in applying established methods, and contributes to broader assignments and team projects. They collaborate with peers, assist in reviewing technical work when directed, and support client and stakeholder interactions through effective communication. How You'll Make an Impact Acquires basic knowledge and develops skills in a specific practice area Applies standard techniques, procedures, and criteria to perform assigned tasks as part of a broader assignment Exercises limited judgment on details of work and in application of standard methods for conventional work May review the technical output of team members as directed Influences peers through team interactions Contributes to success of group projects Possesses effective oral and written communication skills Assists with client, customer, or official contacts and communication pertaining to specific assignments or meetings What You'll Bring 3+ years’ experience Experienced with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Creo, NX, AutoCAD) Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or closely related discipline. Associates degree (2-year) with experience from an accredited program (ABET/EAC) Familiar with most applications of the standard engineering discipline principles, practices, and procedures and can apply them independently.
