This role is compensated using an activity-based payment plan to reward drivers for their commitment to delivering excellence and increase income based on individual efforts.

• CPM $0.55 Per Mile

• Detention Pay $22.00 Per Hour

• Holiday Pay $200.00 Per Day

• Hourly Rate $18.00 Per Hour

• New Hire Training $200.00 Per Day

• Off-Account Work $225.00 - $300.00 Per Day

• Safety Training $20.00 Per Hour

• Stop Pay $22.00 Per Stop

• Trainer Pay $75.00 Per Day
