A Quality Facility Services is hiring a motivated Working Supervisor to lead daily operations, support team members, and help maintain high-quality service standards.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will supervise operations while also assisting with cleaning and daily site responsibilities when needed.

What You’ll Do
• Lead and support daily operations at assigned sites
• Work alongside team members to ensure quality service delivery
• Train, coach, and motivate employees
• Perform quality inspections and follow up on corrections
• Assist with cleaning tasks as needed
• Manage inventory, supplies, and ordering
• Monitor labor hours and maintain efficiency
• Handle customer concerns professionally
• Conduct daily team huddles and communicate updates clearly
• Identify employees ready for advancement
• Help improve processes and overall team performance

What We’re Looking For
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
• Prior supervisory or team lead experience preferred
• Stable work history
• Experience managing labor hours and inventory is a plus
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
