Success in this role looks like scalable, secure, and high-performing technology ecosystems that accelerate innovation, improve productivity, and deliver measurable business outcomes.You Will: Shape and execute an enterprise-wide technology strategy aligned to Teradata’s business objectives and transformation priorities Lead modernization across cloud, AI/ML, analytics, ERP/CRM, digital experience platforms, and emerging technologies Drive operational excellence through reliable global service delivery, cost optimization, and strong technology governance Partner with executive leadership to identify and deliver technology-enabled growth opportunities and efficiencies Apply foundational AI skills to explore and implement ways AI can enhance productivity, innovation, and impact across our workforce.Who You Will Work With: The CIO leads Teradata’s global IT organization, spanning enterprise applications, infrastructure, networks, cybersecurity partnerships, analytics platforms, and emerging technology capabilities. The team plays a critical role in enabling Teradata’s AI-driven strategy, ensuring technology is secure, scalable, and tightly aligned to business needs. Sales roles will be eligible for commission payments tied to quota achievement. All other permanent roles will be eligible for one of our annual incentive plans, which are based on company financial attainment and individual performance.Employees in this position are also eligible to participate in the Company’s comprehensive benefits programs, which include healthcare, life and disability insurance plans, a 401(k)-retirement savings plan, and time-off programs.
