Job Description

Manufacturing Technician
- Duties and Responsibilities:
- - Fabrication and carpentry of products using blueprints and work instructions.
  - Dexterity and attention to detail
  - Ability using cutting, trimming, sanding, drilling, and finishing tools
  - Capable reading and interpreting technical drawings and documentation
  - Aptitude for following safety protocols for handling materials
  - Familiarity with common fastening and joining techniques
  - Working knowledge of finish carpentry methods
  - Ability to fabricate quality parts/assemblies with minimal defects
  - Aptitude for assessing and troubleshooting fabrication issues
  - Capability to actively participate in continuous process improvement
  - Capacity to effectively communicate with engineers, technicians, and leadership
  - Ability to work precisely and accurately under deadlines
  - Capacity to maintain clean, safe work environment and procedures.
  - Follow all safety protocols and company compliance standards.
  - Performs other duties as required by operations
