ICU Registered Nurse - Night Shift in Metairie, LA | ICU & CVICU Experience Required

• Experience: 2+ years ICU experience, CVICU preferred

What You'll Do

• Provide critical care in ICU and CVICU settings, including Impella and CRRT/NXSTAGE devices
• Monitor and operate advanced equipment such as Alaris IV pumps, Servo ventilators, and Fresenius CRRT dialysis machines
• Care for adult ICU patients, including lab draws, EKGs, and line starts
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent patient care
• Float to other ICUs, ED, PACU, and MS/PCU units as needed
• Adhere to infection control protocols and isolation procedures, including Covid-19 patient care

What You Need

• Active RN license in Louisiana
• Minimum of 2 years ICU experience, CVICU experience highly preferred
• Certification in ACLS, BLS, CPI, NIH
• Ability to work night shifts and weekends as scheduled
• Comfort with advanced ICU equipment and ICU protocols
