Overview
Registered Nurse – Telemetry (Travel) in Concord, NH. This travel assignment begins 11/02/2026 and runs for 13 weeks. Weekly pay ranges from $2,058 to $2,186 per week, with guaranteed 36 hours per week. Shift is 12-hour night shifts on a 12x3 rotation in a hospital setting. The assignment may require floating to nearby units within the area to support staffing needs.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to adult patients on telemetry and medical-surgical units, including assessment, prioritization of care, analgesia administration, wound care, IV therapy, and monitoring for complications, following evidence-based protocols.
- Monitor patient status, perform comprehensive head-to-toe assessments on admission and during shifts, identify changes early, initiate responses per protocol, and document in the electronic medical record.
- Continuously monitor cardiac telemetry, interpret rhythm strips, detect dysrhythmias, escalate findings per protocol, and initiate appropriate interventions in emergencies.
- Document accurately in the electronic medical record (Cerner experience preferred) and ensure timely, concise handoffs during shift changes; maintain precise medication administration records.
- Collaborate with physicians, charge nurses, case managers, and interdisciplinary teams; participate in patient and family education, discharge planning, and care coordination.
- May be required to float to related units or locations within the assignment area to maintain appropriate staffing and patient care quality.

Requirements
- Active NH or Compact RN license; license must be active at submission
- NURSYS license verification with all active RN licenses; RTO must be included at submission
- 2+ years of med-surg/telemetry experience
- Cerner EMR experience preferred
- Ability to work in a hospital setting and float to related units as needed
