Pay: $55,000 - $65,000 Yearly

Are you a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships and winning new business? We're looking for an Outside Sales Representative to help grow our portable restroom rental business by developing new accounts and delivering exceptional service to existing customers.

What You'll Do

• Prospect and develop new business with construction companies, event organizers, municipalities, and commercial customers.
• Build lasting customer relationships through regular site visits, follow-up, and account management.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with operations to ensure outstanding customer service.
• Manage your sales territory while identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts.

What We're Looking For

• Previous outside or business-to-business sales experience required.
• Waste management, environmental services, or construction industry experience is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working independently while managing multiple accounts and priorities.

Physical & Travel Requirements

• Drive extensively throughout an assigned sales territory.
• Walk construction sites, job sites, and outdoor event locations over uneven terrain.
• Occasionally lift marketing materials or product samples (up to 50 pounds).
