Intermissions Program Coordinator

Location: Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living We are hiring an Intermissions Program Coordinator to plan, develop and manage the overall operation of the Intermissions community-based social activity programs. How you will make an impact: Partnering with Resident Life and Health Services to facilitate the effective delivery of service to participants and assessment of program outcomes Managing the internal marketing of the Intermissions Program to residents, families, and staff Coordinating acceptance of participants into the program and discontinuation of services as needed. Facilitating the exchange of information with residents’ families, caregivers, staff, and support systems Educating staff and volunteers regarding residents’ abilities, preferences, and program interventions Scheduling and documenting in-service programs for staff and volunteers What we offer: Discounted meals in our restaurants. What you will need: High school diploma or GED. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum 3 years experience in a geriatric setting required. Creative & Expressive Arts background is preferred.
