Job Title: Welder 1st Shift Job Description

This role focuses on welding a wide variety of components and parts according to customer specifications. You will work from blueprints, fit and assemble parts, and weld on multiple materials including aluminum, mild steel, and stainless steel while maintaining high quality and precision.

• Weld a variety of components and parts in accordance with customer specifications and quality standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints, product drawings, weld symbols, and specifications to plan and execute welding tasks.
• Fit, align, and assemble parts prior to welding to ensure proper dimensions and tolerances.
• Perform MIG welding, TIG welding, and aluminum welding on materials such as aluminum, mild steel, and stainless steel.
• Use measurement tools accurately to verify dimensions and ensure parts meet required specifications.
• Carry out metal fabrication tasks, including cutting, forming, and assembling metal components as needed.
• Grind, finish, and clean welds and metal surfaces to achieve the required appearance and structural integrity.
• Operate and maintain common welding and fabrication tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow established welding procedures, safety guidelines, and production processes in a manufacturing environment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and resolve issues related to fit, finish, or quality.

• Proficiency in MIG welding.
• Proficiency in TIG welding.
• Hands-on experience with aluminum welding.
• Ability to weld aluminum, mild steel, and stainless steel.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, product drawings, weld symbols, and specifications.
• Ability to read and use measurement tools accurately.
• Knowledge of metal fabrication operations, capabilities, and equipment.
• Familiarity with common welding tools and procedures, including metal fabricating, grinding, and finishing metals.

• Experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a production setting.
• Solid understanding of safe work practices in welding and fabrication.

The position is based in a well-lit manufacturing environment that supports precision welding and fabrication work. You will work a 4x10 schedule, with hours from 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday. The setting includes typical welding and fabrication equipment and tools, with a focus on safe and efficient production operations.

This is a Permanent position based out of Neenah, WI.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Neenah,WI.
