Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of our Sebastopol branch to ensure a welcoming and efficient experience for every visitor.

Support our licensed staff by delegating tasks and setting realistic expectations on a daily and weekly basis.

Manage agency workflows, from processing and assigning critical alerts to tracking renewals and client requests.

Keep our office organized and compliant by filing customer and agency documents, as well as running tracking reports on agency metrics.

Build and maintain relationships with our local policyholders to ensure they feel truly supported.

Maintain and update account records within our client records software.

Requirements

California Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses are encouraged for higher starting pay, but not required.

Three or more years of experience managing an insurance office or similar professional environment.

Strong command of agency management software and digital record-keeping systems.

Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and foster growth in a small team.

Exceptional organizational habits and a keen eye for operational detail.

Previous experience with client retention strategies and customer service.
