As a Full Cycle Sales Representative, you will be empowered to own the customer journey from initial contact to closing the deal. You'll leverage phone and video communication to connect with potential clients, understand their needs, and present tailored insurance solutions. Conduct proactive outreach to prospective clients via phone and video calls. Build immediate rapport and trust with individuals you connect with, even without in-person interaction. Effectively present and explain insurance products and their benefits. Manage your sales pipeline from lead generation through to the final sale. Address client questions and concerns with clarity and professionalism. Utilize CRM tools to track progress and manage client interactions. Consistently work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets. Compensation and Benefits

This role offers substantial earning potential, with expected annual earnings ranging from $70,000 to $120,000 USD, driven by your sales performance. As a commission-only position, your success directly translates into your income, providing a clear path for growth and reward. Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need: A valid Life and Health Insurance license. Authorization to work in the United States. To be 18 years of age or older.
