Description

American Traveler is hiring a Nuclear Medicine Technologist with 2+ years of experience and PET/CT proficiency for an on-site position in The Woodlands, TX.

Details

• PET/CT unit within a medical plaza setting
• Performs PET/CT exams to produce images of organs, evaluate body functions, and aid in physician diagnosis and treatment
• Rotating schedule of 7 days on / 7 days off
• Shift hours from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM
• Direct patient care required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Familiarity with GE PET/CT equipment required

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience
• ARRT-N or NMTCB certification required
• Texas Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT) license or temporary license required — license required if applicable
• All licenses and certifications must be active at time of consideration
• Proficiency with Epic EMR
• Familiarity with GE PET/CT equipment
• Full Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration

Additional Information

• Responsible for conducting moderate to complex analysis including monitoring of resources, evaluating processes, and presenting historical information trends to ensure departmental effectiveness
• Navy blue scrubs required
