Caregiver/Driver $650 Sign on Bonus

Location: Phoenix, AZ, US. Starting Pay: $15.25. Job Type and Hours: Part time caregivers work 1-3 shifts a week. Full time caregivers minimum 32 hours a week. Sign-on Bonus: $650. Paid Training. Full time employees earn 145 hours of PTO per year. Responsibilities: Support services on a one-on-one basis, assisting with activities of daily living and providing companionship. Requirements: Must have an Arizona driver's license with 3 years of good driving record. Be able to successfully pass a background check that meets State Licensure requirements. Have reliable transportation and be able to arrive at assigned jobsite on time. Be able to function in a home setting with minimal direct supervision. Be able to maintain satisfactory relationships with administrative staff, clients, and family members. Be able to follow verbal and written instructions. Be able to document provided services accurately and efficiently. Possess basic computer skills. A valid Arizona Driver's License is a plus. Additional Context: Experience is not required.
