Minimum qualifications: PhD in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 2 years of experience in computer vision. Experience with C++, Python, generative AI, and machine learning. One or more scientific publication submission(s) for conferences, journals, or public repositories (such as CVPR, ICCV, NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, etc.). Preferred qualifications: 1 year of experience leading research efforts and influencing other researchers. Experience with 3D human modeling. As a Research Scientist, you'll also actively contribute to the wider research community by sharing and publishing your findings, with ideas inspired by internal projects as well as from collaborations with research programs at partner universities and technical institutes all over the world. Responsibilities Conduct research and drive production engineering in computer goals, graphics, and generative AI at scale. Develop advanced generative media models for fit estimation, virtual try-on, human visualization, home/spatial rendering, and broader shopping experiences. Implement, train, evaluate, and iterate on machine learning models, launching products at scale in collaboration with production teams. Drive in agentic systems and development workflows. Mentor interns and collaborate closely with cross-functional team members to deliver research, models, and products.
