RN Supervisor Registered Nurse

Southwestern Nursing and Rehabilitation Center – RN Supervisor 3 pm – 11 pm Full Time Join our compassionate team at Southwestern Nursing and Rehab as a Full-Time, Evening Shift RN Supervisor. We’re currently hiring for a Full Time, Evening shift supervisor. This is a great opportunity for an experienced RN to step into a supervisory role and help ensure high-quality care and smooth weekend operations. Responsibilities: Supervise nursing staff and ensure continuity of care during your shift Serve as a clinical resource and point of contact for staff, residents, and families Monitor resident care plans and ensure compliance with standards of practice and facility policies Respond to emergencies and make critical decisions to ensure resident safety Assist with staff scheduling, documentation review, and shift reporting Communicate effectively with department heads and administrative team as needed Requirements: Current RN license in the state of Pennsylvania (required) Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience is a plus Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Infection control certification preferred Why Join Us?
