Job Title: Flex Operator
Pay: $18/HR
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 6:30am - 5:00pm
Start Date: ASAP

As a Flex Operator, you'll play a vital role in setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery to ensure the production of top-notch products. Your day-to-day will involve engaging in various production tasks, including bonding, assembly, filling, packing, and inspecting products. Whether working independently or collaborating with team members, your attention to detail and adaptability will drive success.


What You'll Do

As a Flex Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Setting up and operating manufacturing equipment and machines
• Performing bonding, assembly, filling, packing, and inspection tasks
• Maintaining a clean, safe work environment following safety protocols
• Using PPE and adhering to safety and quality standards
• Monitoring equipment for proper operation and troubleshooting issues
• Repetitive task completion with precision and focus

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 6+ months of related experience, technical school, or training
• Computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office, ERP, or MRP systems
• Willingness to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
• Ability to follow safety procedures rigorously, including PPE use and environment maintenance
• Good manual dexterity and eye/hand coordination
• Basic math skills

Location & Schedule:

This position is on-site in Dover, New Hampshire, and offers a consistent schedule of Monday to Thursday from 6:30 a.m to 5:00 p.m.
