About the Opportunity:

• We're looking for a technically minded professional to join a field-based service team, beginning with a focused assignment to become a subject-matter expert on a new service management platform. 
• You'll help Customer Service Engineers adopt the system, provide hands-on support during the transition, and have the opportunity to progress into a Customer Service Engineer role following the successful completion of the hyper-care phase.

What You'll Do:

• Become a subject-matter expert in the PACE platform, supporting engineers with documenting work, tracking parts, recording time, and managing service-related activities.
• Coach and support Customer Service Engineers across assigned zones and regions to build confidence and proficiency with the new software.
• Provide hands-on support during the 30–90-day hyper-care period following the full platform launch, helping ensure a smooth and successful transition.
• Service, install, maintain, modify, and troubleshoot a range of diagnostic imaging equipment at customer sites across your assigned metro area.
• Represent the organization professionally as a customer-facing field engineer, with flexibility to work varying shifts and overtime when business needs require.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• Associate Degree.
• 2+ years of military experience.

What Sets You Apart:

• Biomedical, med tech, or similar hands-on technical experience.
• Good technical/electrical background.
• Good customer communication skills; ability to interact directly with clients.
• Technical acumen — ability to understand software, support peers, and troubleshoot.
• Ability to repair/diagnose equipment and perform technical issue resolution.
• Team-oriented mindset; works well with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to lead training on software updates for peer groups.
• Imaging service experience (military or private sector).
• Experience working in biomedical or hospital environments.

• Travel will involve traveling to certain client locations for training sessions.
