Required Qualifications

Surgical Technologist, OR Experience: 2 years Certifications: BLS(Copy needed)

CERT-NBSTSA- CST(Copy needed)

CERT-NCCT - TS-C(Copy needed) SSN Required DOB Required Work History: Should not be more than 30 days of gap in entire work history References: 1 Reference in the last 12 months Cardiac Surgery, Open Heart, Thoracic Vascular Current ST SCL and Reference Experience from a large teaching facility or level I trauma center RTO Upon Submission 60 Mile Radius Rule
