Centerstone, a leading nonprofit behavioral health system, seeks an Intensive In-Home Therapist to serve youth (ages 3–18) in Montgomery County, TN. You will provide individual and family counseling in home and community settings to stabilize symptoms and reduce the need for restrictive placements. The role requires expertise in family therapy, CBT/TF-CBT, or play therapy, a Master’s degree, and two years post-degree experience.
