Responsibilities

• Must be service orientated individuals whose goal is to provide the most luxurious massage and body treatment experiences available.
• Offer all massage, body services and facials offered by the spa, including poolside services in the summer.
• Maintaining cleanliness of employee and guest areas.
• Stocking and cleanliness of treatment rooms.
• Participating in the day to day operations of the spa.
• Customization of treatments to meet guests needs.
• Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and comfort.

Preferred Qualifications

• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accommodate guest requests, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Candidates must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• This position is physical by nature and requires candidates to meet all of the essential functions of this position.
• Ability to push, pull or lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for 8 hours.
• Applicants must have a valid state or national massage therapist and esthetics certification.
• A practical exam is required.
• All applicants must have the proper legal documents to work in the United States.
• Knowledge of a variety of massage modalities, scrubs, and wraps.
• Professionalism and a passion for beauty and wellness.
